Chief of Staff

We are looking for a chief of staff to be the right hand person to the CPO. The ideal candidate is someone who is a self starter, motivated and lives to problem solve. This person should be someone who is eager to learn given that this role has significant opportunity to grow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the day-to-day business activities of entire Product Development Team
  • Involved in every aspect of the business unit - Design, Product, Engineering and working collaboratively across other teams
  • Interface with tech program manager to help drive overall software development and release cadences
  • Run daily standups, weekly launch calendars and demos
  • Assist with hiring plan to improve velocity of the organization
  • Build board decks to present to upper managements and stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
  • Comfortable managing and prioritizing own schedule
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills, particularly with regards to writing and speaking
  • Able to work under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be both structured and flexible
