Who You Are:

The Account Manager is the face of Fair at the dealership. This person will be responsible for the Columbia, SC territory building and maintaining relationships with dealer partners and will also ensure a great dealership experience for our Fair consumers. This position will also entail setting dealer strategy. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify potential dealer partners in the marketplace
  • Provide training to dealer partners to ensure a Fair customer experience is provided and value is maximized for the dealer partners
  • Maintain relationships and liaise with dealers to continuously provide resources and support
  • Implement product updates as they are released
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, particularly with the product and marketing teams
  • Solicit feedback from dealers and ensure their success on the Fair product
  • Make autonomous decisions with regards to dealer strategy and own accounts
  • Pitch the Fair model to principals and seasoned executives from the dealership
  • Interface with management and troubleshoot difficult situations gracefully

 What You Have:

  • Over 3 years in a sales, marketing, or consulting position
  • Ability to travel daily within 50-mile radius of home
  • Great driving record required
  • Experience with CRM products like Salesforce and NetSuite
  • Proficient with common business software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, and make autonomous decisions
  • Passion for improving the customer experience in the automotive industry
  • An influencer, highly enthusiastic
  • A high performer and proven leader

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of automotive industry preferred
