Fair’s Marketing team are communicators of the Fair message, using creativity, technology, and digital and traditional media to learn about and convert potential customers-and delight our existing ones. We pursues customer-acquisition strategies that align with the fairness and transparency at the core of our business philosophy, while subverting the noise of the modern marketplace. We employ the most innovative messaging channels and tools, sure. But we've also been known to send a handwritten note to a new customer-or invite a whole bunch of them to an office party. If you're a media, marketing, or digital growth professional looking to grow a brand from the ground up and truly connect with your customer, this is the place for you. Fair’s Sales team are the heroes and hustlers of the Fair family. We work the phones and hit the streets to create a personalized experience for our customers-connecting them with great cars, making sure their transactions are smooth, and their vehicle delivery is seamless. Our team interfaces with and recruits dealer partners who are as innovative, tech-centric and customer-focused as we are. For the dealers who join our network, we focus on training and sharing best practices that will contribute to their success, as well as continuously improving our own product and processes. We're looking for team members with a passion for the auto industry who believe in working as a coordinated unit and supporting each other in delivering fairness to our customers
